Questions, answered.

What is Eye in the Sky?

A tool for contractors. It ranks every house in your ZIP codes by how likely it needs your trade now, shows you why, and gives your team a map, a pipeline and the messages to win the job.

Who is it for?

Roofing, air conditioning, pool, fence, window and door, paving, landscaping, electrical, plumbing and solar companies, county by county.

Is the information real?

Yes. Every fact comes from a public record or is measured from one. Nothing is generated or guessed, and where something is not known the house's file says so.

Where does it work?

Miami-Dade County, Florida, today: 353,544 houses in 76 ZIP codes, counted October 19, 2026. Broward and the Florida Keys are being added. Anywhere else, ask for your county.

Does it work for solar?

Yes. Pick Solar and the map lists every house with no system on record, the newest roofs first, with the tree cover on the lot, the size of the roof, and whether there is a pool or a car charger. Houses that already have solar are marked.

Do my competitors get the same houses?

A ZIP code can be held by one company for a trade. Tell us the ZIP codes you want when you ask for access and we will tell you what is open.

Does it call or text homeowners for me?

No. Your team does, from your company's own number. The system checks consent, the hour and opt-outs every time a text is sent, and refuses one that breaks the rules.

What does the homeowner see?

A page about their own house with your company's name, licence and phone number on it. Their name and their number are never on it.

Can my reps use it on a phone?

Yes. Everything works on a phone, and a rep only ever sees the leads assigned to them.

What does it cost?

It depends on the ZIP codes and the trades you want. Ask for access and we will go through it with you.

How do I start?

Ask for access with your company, licence number, trade and ZIP codes. Once your company is approved, your ZIP codes are on your map as soon as they are assigned.
