Eye in the Sky

For solar companies

Every roof with no solar on record.
Newest roofs first.

The best day to sell a system is the day after the roof is redone. See who has none, whose roof is new, how much shade is on the lot, and who is running a pool or charging a car.

What you see

Every house, read for solar.

The best day to sell a system is the day after the roof is redone. See who has none, whose roof is new, how much shade is on the lot, and who is running a pool or charging a car.

Who has none

Every house with no system on record. The ones that have one are marked, so nobody knocks under a roof full of panels.

Whose roof is new

Houses with a roof just redone lead the list. Nobody wants to lift a system to fix the roof under it.

Shade and size

Tree cover on the lot and the size of the roof, on every row. Where a roof has been measured, how much of it faces the sun.

The big users

A pool on the lot. A car charger on record. The houses that use the most power.

How it works

From a ZIP code to a signed job.

Seven steps. Every one of them is live today.

  1. Your territory Live

    You get your ZIP codes.

Tell us where you work. Your company is set up with those ZIP codes, and every house in them is already ranked for your trade.

  2. The map Live

    See who needs you first.

Every house, on the map and in a list, sorted by how likely it needs the work now. Filter by trade, by roof, by what is on the lot.

  3. The house file Live

Know the house before you call.

Each house has a file: the roof, the lot, the work that has been done on it, what the weather has done to it, and a price range for the job.

  4. The pipeline Live

    Hand it to your crew.

Put a house on the board and assign it. A rep sees only the leads that are theirs. You see the whole company.

  5. Messages Live

    Reach out the right way.

Text from your company's own number. The rules on consent, hours and opting out are enforced every time, so nobody on your team can get it wrong.

  6. The homeowner page Live

    Show them their own house.

Every house has a page made for its owner: their roof from above, what stands out about it, your licence, and one tap to call or text you.

  7. The close Live

Book it. Win it. Count it.

Move the job from appointment to inspected to quoted to won. Every stage is on the board, and the dashboard adds up what your team closed.

Real records.
Never a guess.

Every fact on every house comes from a public record or is measured from one. Nothing is estimated to fill a gap and nothing comes off a marketing list. Where something is not known, the file says so.

Solar here is a system on record. A house can have panels the record does not show, so none on record is not the same as none at all. Facing the sun is a measured area of roof, not what a system would make.

Solar, answered.

How does it find houses for solar?

Pick Solar and the map lists every house with no system on record, the newest roofs first, with the tree cover on the lot, the size of the roof, and whether there is a pool or a car charger. Houses that already have solar are marked.

Why the newest roofs first?

A system goes on a roof for twenty years or more. A homeowner who just paid for a new roof does not want to lift panels to redo it, and is ready to hear about solar now.

Does it show how much of a roof faces the sun?

Where a roof has been measured, yes: the area that slopes east, south or west, or lies flat. It is an area of roof, not a promise of what a system would make.

Where does it work?

Miami-Dade County, Florida, today: 353,544 houses in 76 ZIP codes, counted October 19, 2026. Broward and the Florida Keys are being added. Anywhere else, ask for your county.

Do my competitors get the same houses?

A ZIP code can be held by one company for a trade. Tell us the ZIP codes you want when you ask for access and we will tell you what is open for solar.

Does it call or text homeowners for me?

No. Your team does, from your company's own number. The system checks consent, the hour and opt-outs every time a text is sent, and refuses one that breaks the rules.

What does it cost?

It depends on the ZIP codes and the trades you want. Ask for access and we will go through it with you.
